Returns policy
When returning please use our Tracked returns service with Royal Mail. This service is fully tracked, safer and cheaper than if you were to send the parcel yourself.
Repack your item in the original box and packaging.
Place the returns label from your delivery note on your parcel, covering your address.
If you have a prepaid label please request this.
Take your parcel to any UK post office. keep your receipt for proof of postage.
£2.75 will be deducted from your refund to pay for the delivery service.
If you choose not to use this service, returns will be at your own cost. Please ensure that the service you use has verifiable proof of delivery.

If we receive your return after the 14-day return period, we MAY issue you with a voucher to be spent online instead of a refund. This is at our discretion and the voucher will be valid for 3 months.
Please be aware that outgoing delivery charges will not be refunded.
Non UK returns
We are unable to cover the costs of returns outside of the UK. All costs will be covered by the sender/customer including customs.

If you experience a problem/fault with your item or have received an incorrect item, please contact us on WhatsApp with the following

A description and images of the problem/fault
Please do not post any returns that have a fault until you have heard back from us.
Returns policy
Please note, this is our returns policy.
If you change your mind, you can return your items to us within 14 working days for a refund. Items must be returned unworn/unused and in their original boxes and packaging. The refund will only be given after a full inspection of the item returned.
We do not offer exchanges for online orders. You will need to return your item to us for a refund and then place a new order.
We are unable to accept returns on items which have caused discomfort or a blister, unless it can be proven that there is a manufacturing fault with the item which has caused this in this case we would like to help and you can get in contact with us.
We ask that you are cautious when wearing/using items that are embellished. In cases where embellished items become faulty, we will always try to repair the item for you. In some cases, the fault may occur due to use of the product therefore, we are not liable of any return. Any returns due to diamantes or decorations are not accepted due to the nature of the delicate decoration.
We are not responsible for any boxes that are damaged in transit, however if the product has become damaged in transit. we do ask you send us images (on the day you receive) immediately to our WhatsApp or email
If you have any difficulties with your order not arriving or arriving late, please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Any missing order enquiries raised with us 28 days after the order has been dispatched may result in no further action being taken. This is taken from the policies of Hermes and Royal Mail and their process of claims.
