Orders are all subject to availability, faults and security checks.
We may ask for extra postage to be paid if a large number of items are ordered or if you live in a remote area. We may remove the packaging to other sealed packaging to reduce the weight and size of the parcel.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order goes through customs. Any charges on a parcel are to be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We have no control over the charges and we can't tell you what the charge would be, as customs policies differ from country to country. We would recommend contacting your local customs office before you order.
If at any time you have any problems with your order. Not arriving or arriving late. Please contact us via Contact us page. Any problems raised after 28 days of the order being sent, may mean there is no further action to be taken from us. This works with the policies of the delivery services used and their claims process.
